Programme for Eradicating Stress and Enhancing Inner Strength in Eastern Naval Command of Indian Navy, Visakhapatnam.

The Eastern Naval Command has arranged a two-day programme on “Eradication of Stress and Enhancing Inner Strength” which was conducted by Security Services Wing of Brahma Kumaris. Sessions were taken up by experienced speakers of Brahma Kumaris. Yoga sessions were taken up by Yoga Expert BK Balram Talreja. Sister BK Radhika from Hyderabad took up sessions on Stress Management and Self-Empowerment. Sister BK Shivaleela from Visakhapatnam took up sessions on Meditation for enhancing inner strength. Brother Col BC Sati took up a session on the Art of Happy Living and Brother EV Gireesh took up sessions on Managing Challenging Situations and Positive Thinking.

Flag Officer Commanding in Chief, Vice Admiral HCS Bisht, AVSM has graced the inaugural session of the programme and expressed his good wishes. The Naval staff have actively participated in the two-day programme and expressed their gratitude for conducting such enlightening sessions.

Sister Sharona Stillerman, Director (Brahma Kumaris), Israel has visited Visakhapatnam on 6^th Feb 2020.

During her stay here from 6^th Feb to 10^th Feb, the following programmes were conducted-

7^th Feb Full Day: Full day Retreat on the topic “Trusting Truth” for Senior Sisters from in and around Visakhapatnam

8^th Feb Morning: Spiritual Class for BKs

8^th Feb Evening: VIP Programme on the topic “Control Stress before it controls you” (200 members took the benefit)

9^th Feb Morning: Special Workshop for Doctors on the topic “The Healer Within” for a group of 40

9^th Feb Evening: Special Workshop for VVIPs on the topic “Harmony in Relationships” for a group of 60 top officials from various fields

Sister BK Shivani visited Visakhapatnam on 15^th August 2019 in which Spiritual sessions for BKs as well as VIPs were organised at Gurajada Kalakshetram, Visakhapatnam.

BKs Session (8.30 am – 11.30 am) (Photos 01 – 03)

Sister BK Shivani along with Sister BK Shivaleela (Incharge, Visakhapatnam district), BK Mani behn, BK Rajini behn (Incharge, Kakinada district ), BK Veni Behn, BK Sita Behn, BK Shashikala Behn of Visakhapatnam are on the dais. About 2000 BK brothers & sisters attended the session.

VIP Talk (5.30 pm – 8.00 pm) on the topic – “Harmony in Relationships” (Photos 04 – 05)

Nearly 3200 VIPs including the top dignitaries : Sri M Srinivasa Rao garu (Tourism Minister of AP), Chairman (VMRDA), VCs, Directors of various Organisations, Navy Officers & others from in & around Visakhapatnam had participated in the session which moved them in the drift of harmony.

International Day of Yoga 2019 – Govt. Programme – Visakhapatnam

On the occasion of International Day of Yoga 2019, an official programme was arranged by the government in the city in which all the top dignitaries including the ministers and other higher officials participated along with general public on 21.6.19. Brahma Kumaris were invited for conducting meditation as a part of the programme. BK Shivaleela behn has given guided meditation commentary on “Raja Yoga Meditation for Global Peace”.
